The temple is on the western side of the hill, 2,4km north-west of Ban Khao Samo Khon.

Rhinolophus malayanus Bonhote, 1903 (Chordata, Mammalia, Chiroptera, Rhinolophidae) (Soisook et al. 2008) Rhinolophus pusillus lakkhanae Yoshiyuki, 1990 (Chordata, Mammalia, Chiroptera, Rhinolophidae) (Soisook 2008)
As same as most of the caves in this outcrop, the cave is characterised by a sink hole with very narrow entrance (0.5 by 0.3 m wide).
