Description
A cave entrance without identified shape, dimensions of characteristic peculiarities gives access to a pothole with a visible shaft / pitch which is estimated to be about 30 m deep and requires tackle to be tackled. SITUATION: At an unknown location somewhere on the eastern side of the Shnongrim ridge. APPROACH: … from the family home of Mr. Carlyn Phyrngap (near N25°20'23.5-: E092°30'03.1-) on road to Shnongrim village in a south-easterly direction (Ware & Bayley 2002.02.23 Mss: Krang 4). PROSPECTS (Ware & Bayley 2002.02.23 Mss: Krang 4): At a first glance unpromising in spite of a possible side passage about half way down in addition to possible side passages at the bottom.
