Description
A clean pothole and Sort of Crack estimated Sheen (2003.02.13 Mss: Angkhat) to be some 25 m deep. SITUATION 1 (Sheen 2003.02.13 Mss): Not only GPS easy and in karst with open limestone but mostly in an inexplicable spatial relation to each and every of the other Angkhat caves in the same vicinity. SITUATION 2: According to the GPS Garmin Etrex readings, which, however, had had been recorded with considerable precision errors, this Krem Angkhat lies on the western flank of the Shnongrim Ridge and and not only about 130 m in a direct line approximately south-west of both the –>Mupud caves and the two pothole caves of Krem –>Angkhat (2004 Jarratt) but also 15.5 m in a direct line due north from Krem –>Angkhat 2 (Sheen 2003) but 30 m lower down. POSITION 1: N25°20'34.4”: E092°29'48.9”: 1112 m asl (unspecified precision error, WGS84, R.F. Sheen 2003.02.13, GPS Garmin Etrex Summit). POSITION 2: N25°20'37.4”: E92°29'52.2”: 1096 m asl (unspecified precision error, WGS84, Arbenz, T 200.02 Mss: Abstracts.xls). POSITION 3: Northing 25,343861111: Easting 92,497666667 (±0.1 m): Altitude 1064 (unspecified precision error, WGS84, Arbenz, T 2007 January dated 1904.01.01 Mss: Eingaenge_Umgerechnet.xls).
