There are three entrances off the white sand beach, looking out over the karst islands and sea. The entrances open into a boulder chamber, 25 m high, with two side passages to the west opening out in a cliff overlooking the sea. To the east two passages lead to a smaller, decorated chamber, 10 m high. From here a passage south leads to another entrance while to the north a 5m climb reaches a chamber that also links to the boulder chamber via a 3 m climb. This chamber has a lot of dry dust and guano and is an unpleasant area. A passage ascends from the north of the dusty clamber to an exit in a high cliff. This exit is 115 m above the lowest entrance. This cave is now done as an abseiling pull-through by local climbers, with a path up to the upper entrance from the southern end of West Railey beach. The trip ends with a 50 m abseil down to the Phra Nang beach.
