Description
A stream sink (note 1) or road swallet (note 2) leading to pitches that drop to a horizontal cave passage containing speleothems and and water of swimming depth. SITUATION: At an unspecified location, probably somewhere on the eastern flank of the Shnongrim Ridge, and in an unidentified spatial relations to Krem Wah Surok 1 or to Krem Wah Surok 3. CAVE DESCRIPTION 1: Brooks, S J et al. (2007.03.01 Mss -Diary2007.doc- 2007.02.06) were told of a series of classic pitches to a canal, nearly blocked by flowstone with a strong draught. CAVE DESCRIPTION 2: JARRATT & DAWSON (2007) were also told of a series of classic pitches reaching a strongly draughting canal, almost blocked by flowstone. CAVE CLIMATE: Brooks, S J et al. (2007.03.01 Mss -Diary2007.doc- 2007.02.17) were told of air current and recorded flowstone with a strong draught without identified direction (note 3).A stream sink (note 1) or road swallet (note 2) leading to pitches that drop to a horizontal cave passage containing speleothems and and water of swimming depth. History
EXPLORATION HISTORY: 2007.02.06, trip 1: Mark W. Brown, Brian Cullen, Boycott, Antony 'Tony' and Jayne Stead or Mark B., Robin, Brian C., Tony B. and Jane [sic!] went to try and relocate Krem Wah Sarok. A stream sink Krem Wah Sarok 2 was found and descended by Mark B, Robin and Brian C. They rigged a series of classic pitches to a canal, nearly blocked by flowstone with a strong draught. Tony B. and Jane continued with surface recce (Brooks, S J et al. 2007.03.01 Mss: Diary2007.doc). According to JARRATT & DAWSON (2007), a stream sink, Krem Wah Sarok 2, was descended by Mark B, Robin and Brian C. on the 6th when a strongly draughting canal, almost blocked by flowstone, was reached after a series of classic pitches. 2007.02.17, trip 2: At last, on the 17th [2007.02.17], … others recced and found that Krem Wah Sarok 2 was correctly called Krem Heh U Reh (JARRATT & DAWSON 2007).
