What probably is not the exposed lump of a fossil chamber (relic cave) (note 1) contains a mud floor (Jarratt 2006.02.10 Mss: Krem Poh Um Manong 1). SITUATION: Somewhere in unidentified spatial relations to both Krem poh –>Um Manong 2 and Krem poh –>Um Manong 3 on SE slopes of Lum Manar, Shnongrim (note 2) places Jarratt (2006.02.10 Mss: Krem Poh Um Manong 1) at the wooded SE face of Lum Manar and Brooks (undated circa 2006.10.31 Mss amendments to Jarratt 2006.02.10 Mss: Krem Poh Um Manong 1) at above GPS point (no obvious landmarks) situated in Syrnun area, Shnongrim. CAVE DESCRIPTION 2006a: c.6 m pot, blind (Jarratt 2006.02.10 Mss: Krem Poh Um Manong 1). CAVE DESCRIPTION 2006b: 6 m ladder climb to a blind chamber (Jarratt 2006.03.04 Mss: Cave Log, vol. XIII). CAVE DESCRIPTION 2006c: Short pitch, about 6 m deep (JARRATT 2006: 7, 20). EXPLORATION HISTORY: 2006.02.09 to 2006.02.10: Gentlemen with a taste for long ones confused entering and exiting of a short cave with exploration. 2006.02.09: Anthony 'Tony' R. Jarratt (2006.03.04 Mss: Cave Log, vol. XIII: 9/2/06) and Neil Pacey followed Evermore to see some new caves he had found. We skirted the wooded SE face of Lum Manar and were shown eleven promising pots [note 3]. … Tomorrow we will drop a few the new pots. A relatively quiet night at camp followed … JARRATT (2006: 7) confirms: Shnongrim cow boy, Evermore, pointed out 11 new sites. Many of these were dropped on the 10th . 2006.02.10: Jarratt (2006.03.04 Mss: Cave Log, vol. XIII: 10/2/06): Terence 'Terry' M. Whitaker laddered poh Um Manong 1 for 6 m to a blind chamber. ANONYMOUS in: Brown et al. (2006 Mss): Friday 10th February … J.Rat, Terry and Jayne went with Evermore [more likely: Evermore guided J.Rat, Terry and Jayne] to Krem Poh Um Manong 1,2,3; all completed after short pitches.
