Several open rifts & canyons leading to cave passage containing calcite and stalagmit (sic!) speleothems reports Whitaker (2006.02.26 Mss: Krem Wah Sning) from somewhere in a so-called obvious valley (perhaps the Wah Sning / Stream of the Oak Tree / Trees) south-west below a junction of road at N25°21'49.4”: E92°32'14.7” (note 1). SITUATION: Whitaker (2006.02.26 Mss: Krem Wah Sning) kindly provided an inadequate BCRA grade 2 survey without scale or north arrow where no cave entrance is shown anywhere (note 2). CAVE DESCRIPTION 2006: Calcite and stalagmit (sic!) and climb 6 m with tree trunks left and right in in passages 6 m x 1 m unexplored in addition to a mind boggling underground length 6 m at a depth circa 12 m (Whitaker 2006.02.26 Mss: Krem Wah Sning). CAVE DESCRIPTION 2007: Entrance pot and a 60 m crawl and second pitch. … On the 5th [February 2007] two more pitches were dropped in Wah Sning and a complex series of walking and crawling passages entered, three of which were eft unexplored (JARRATT & DAWSON 2007). TACKLE: Whitaker (2006.02.26 Mss: Krem Wah Sning): Short ladder is needed to explore further. PROSPECTS: Whitaker (2006.02.26 Mss: Krem Wah Sning) judges excellent. Krem Wah Sning is possibly an entrance to Krem Labit (Moolasngi), east of the Video Passage (series 22), via the nameless series 23, 24, 25, 26 or 27 (surveyed 2003.02.12 by Laumanns, Matthalm and Robertson, on 2003.02.14 by Neumann, Bailey & Diengdoh, and by Ware, Laumanns, Ludwig & Jarratt). SPELEOMETRY: According to Thomas Arbenz (undated 2007.12.28 -Krem Wah Sning- cave plan), the 80.11 m deep Krem Wah Sning contributes a survey length of 795.88 m to the cave system of Krem Liat Prah. According to Arbenz, T (2008.01.20 Mss), Krem Wah Sning contributed by March 2007 a survey length of 798.88 m to the Labit Cave System (Krem –>Liat Prah).Several open rifts & canyons leading to cave passage containing calcite and stalagmit (sic!) speleothems reports Whitaker (2006.02.26 Mss: Krem Wah Sning) from somewhere in a so-called obvious valley (perhaps the Wah Sning / Stream of the Oak Tree / Trees) south-west below a junction of road at N25°21'49.4”: E92°32'14.7” (note 1). History

EXPLORATION HISTORY: 2006.02.26, trip 1: Ekna Sukhlain guided Brian D. Kharpran Daly, Terence 'Terry' M. Whitaker and Desmond 'Des' McNally to Krem Wah Sning (Whitaker 2006.02.26 Mss: Krem Wah Sning) and Brooks, Simon J. (2006 undated Mss amendments to Whitaker 2006.02.26 Mss: Krem Wah Sning) explains that what they did was to locate, record and evaluate. 2007.02.04, trip 2: Boycott, Antony 'Tony', Henry Rockcliff and Robin F. Sheen went on Sunday 4th Feb … to Krem Wah Sning rigged a surface pitch into a 60m crawl to another pitch head (Brooks, S J et al. 2007.03.01 Mss: Diary2007.doc). 2007.02.05, trip 3: Mark W. Brown, Robin F. Sheen and Brian Cullen rigged on Monday 5th Feb … two more pitches into a complex series of walking and crawling passages. Two inlet passages and a downstream flat out crawl were left ongoing (Brooks, S J et al. 2007.03.01 Mss: Diary2007.doc). 2007.02.13, trip 4: Frazer, Neil and Brian C. de-rigged Krem Labbit Moolasgni, Krem Wah Sarok 3 and Krem ah Sning and did some filming (Brooks, S J et al. 2007.03.01 Mss: Diary2007.doc). 2007.02.22, trip 5: Anthony 'Tony' Jarratt , Ian McKenzieand Neil Pacey went into video passage in Krem Liat Prah via Krem Wah Sarok 3 and checked the right hand branch at the end of the survey, which was described as total fiction [note 3], but picked up Robin and Brian C’s survey stations from Krem Wah Sning. And then exited the main Krem Liat Prah entrance, making it the first cross ridge through trip (Brooks, S J et al. 2007.03.01 Mss: Diary2007.doc). According to JARRATT & DAWSON (2007), The writer, Ian and Neil revisited Video Passage in Krem Liat Prah via Krem Wah Sarok 3 - fully intent on sorting out the fictional survey [note 4] but were gobsmacked when they realised that survey stations found were of very recent origin and that they had unwittingly connected with Krem Wah Sning – link number nine of this very lucky Expedition! Not trusting a rope protector on the big pitch they left Liat Prh by the main entrance having completed the first through-Ridge trip in the lower part of the system. 2007.02.23, trip 6: Robin F. Sheen, D. McNally, I. McKenzie and N. Pacey went into Krem Wah Sarok 3 to resurvey yesterdays finds [note 5]. They discovered that the section of Video Passage they were in didn’t end in an aven, it connected to Krem Wah Sning in the mid level crawls. They derigged Krem Wah Sarok 3 (Brooks, S J et al. 2007.03.01 Mss: Diary2007.doc). According to JARRATT & DAWSON (2007), Robin, Des, Ian and Neil descended Krem Wah Sarok 3 to survey and confirm the link to Krem Wah Sning from Video Passage in Krem Liat Prah. 2007.02.24, trip 7: Ian McKenzie, Robin F. Sheen and Brian Cullen checked an aven to see if it was the connection with Krem Labbit Mooslesngi [sic!], which it wasn’t. They then surveyed the stream passage flat out to a sump. They then surveyed the gour passage to a beautiful flow stone blockage. They then derigged the cave (Brooks, S J et al. 2007.03.01 ss: Diary2007.doc). According to JARRATT & DAWSON (2007), Krem Wah Sning was visited by Robin, Ian and Brian C. to survey a couple of passages and check out an aven for a possible link to K.L.(M). - in vain.
