A cave entrance without identified shape or size gives access to what McNally (2006.02.09 Mss) understood to represent an -explored- (read: entered) speleological item beyond the scope of evaluation and Jarratt (2006.02.09 Mss amendments to McNally 2006.02.09 Mss) interpreted as a pothole or a 2 m diameter shaft [deleted: c.20 m] deep while Brooks (2006 undated Mss amendments to McNally 2006.02.09 Mss) considered this is blind. SITUATION 1 (McNally 2006.02.09 Mss: Krem Tyrtong Warim): SE slopes of Lum Manar [the hill in the south-eastern corner of the Shnongrim Ridge], Shnongrim (sic! for: Old Shnongrim, now wasted). SITUATION 2 (Brooks 2006 undated Mss amendments to McNally 2006.02.09 Mss): At above GPS point. SITUATION 3 (Jarratt 2006.03.04 Mss: Cave Log, vol. XIII: 9/2/06): Anywhere on the wooded SE face of Lum Manar. CAVE DESCRIPTION 1 (McNally 2006.02.09 Mss: Krem Tyrtong Warim): 23 m deep. Rig tree opposite (by track 5 m away) mud edge to pot. Down 3 m to Y-hang. 20 m to bottom.Blind.CAVE DESCRIPTION 2 (Jarratt 2006.03.04 Mss: Cave Log, vol. XIII: 10/2/06): Tyrtong Warim failed to drop into big cave. CAVE DESCRIPTION 3 (Jarratt in: Arbenz, T 2006.05.21 Mss: Abstracts.xls): A blind estimated 23 m deep. CAVE DESCRIPTION 4 (JARRATT 2006: 20): At a depth of 23 m Krem Tyrtong yielded 23 m of total length. CAVE DESCRIPTION 5 (Brown et al. 2006): Krem Tyrtong Warim … dropped to depth of 23 m completed.

EXPLORATION HISTORY: 2006.02.09: Anthony 'Tony' R Jarratt (2006.03.04 Mss: Cave Log, vol. XIII: 9/2/06) and Neil Pacey followed Evermore to see some new caves he had found. We skirted the wooded SE face of Lum Manar and were shown eleven promising pots [Kya 4, Pastor 1, Pastor 2, Pastor 3, Pastor 4, Pastor 5, poh Um Manong 1, Um Manong 2, poh Um Manong 2, poh Um Manong 3, and Tyrtong Warim]. … Tomorrow we will drop a few the new pots. A relatively quiet night at camp followed … McNally (2006.02.09 Mss: Krem Tyrtong Warim) confirms: Visited 9/2/06 Neil Pacey, Tony Jarratt and Jarratt (2006.02.09 Mss amendments to McNally 2006.02.09 Mss) amends: guided by Evermore Sukhlain (Shnongrim cowboy). JARRATT (2006: 7) confirms: Shnongrim cow boy, Evermore, pointed out 11 new sites. Many of these were dropped on the 10th . 2006.02.10: Brooks (2006 undated Mss amendments to McNally 2006.02.09 Mss) explains 10/2/06 visited by N. Pacy [i.e. Neil Pacey], H. Rockcliff, D McNally.
