Description
The cave is developed as a shrine with a good path leading to the 10m wide x 5m high entrance. This is an open cave. Sunlight streams in during the day, eliminating the need for electricity. Currents of cool air from the inner parts of the cave regularly flow to the outer part during the day making it very pleasant for meditation. Talking is not allowed here. Tham Doi Ton is home to a large colony (~100,000) of bats.
