Location
Follow the signs for Tham Muang On, which is signposted from the Chiang Mai ring road. Take the road to San Kamphaeng then continue along the H1317 to halfway between the 27 and 28 km markers. A wood sign with Thai writing marks the turning west onto a 500 m long dirt track that leads to the Crazy Horse Buttress parking. The lower entrance is in 'Air Con Wall' while the upper entrance is about 45 m higher up the hill.
Description
From the upper cave entrance 16 m of passage leads to a climb up (2 metal footholds are in place) to a large ledge at the top of a shaft into the lower cave. The pitch has been bolted by Chiang Mai Rock Climbing Adventures and is about 45 m deep. The main cave is about 100 m long and 15 m wide and leads to the lower entrance which is in 'Air Con Wall'.

Histoire
The cave is used as a teaching venue by Chiang Mai Rock Climbing Adventures, who gave it the name Anxiety State Crisis Cave. Before being used by rock climbers and cavers the cave was used by forest monks and was visited by Ajarn Li, a well known meditation monk. 2009-10 a 30 year old American male climber, Jeremy Joe Riveira, died in the cave after falling while climbing solo and alone. 2009-12-15 M.
