Description
WILFORD (1801: 495) identifies the Cavern of –>Prometheus (note 1) with an unidentified temple cave (note 2), which he had been told is to be seen to this day near the pass of Sheibar [note 3], between Ghor-band [Ghowr Band / Ghorband Valley, Parvan / Parwan district] and Bamiyan (Bamian / Bamyan valley and district).
