What appears to represent a cave entrance (about 1 by 3 m wide) giving access to a pothole at an orthogonal intersection of grikes, understood Alys Mendus (2008.02.22 Mss: T08) to give the impression of possibly being an estimated 25 m deep. SITUATION: This intersection of grikes lies at an inexplicable location somewhere in the jungle + karst (Alys Mendus 2008.02.22 Mss: T08).APPROACH: Take a jeep to Tangnoob [Tangnub] and on the col N25°17'17.5”: E92°29'57.8” [note 1]. Walk [note 2] along the edge of the jungle on ridge until it reaches a small hilltop pine forest [without GPS position]. Follow track steeply downhill until it reaches a pile of wood and the path divides in two [note 3]. Take the left-hand fork. GPS 25°17'13” / 092°29'52”. Almost immediately, take right-hand fork heading downhill to a -garden-. Follow track downhill to the bottom of the garden (Mendus 2008.02.22 Mss: T08).
