A relatively small cave entrance (about a metre wide and 1.5 high) gives access to a very low passage, which is penetrable only for three or four metres but becomes impenetrable. The first 5 m or 6 m are, to a limited extent, lit by daylight (note 1). CAVE LIFE: LINDBERG (1958: 133) noticed bat guano (Chiroptera), excrements of fox and the smell of some wild cat.
