Description

Herbert Daniel Gebauer - 06/01/2018

From the impressive cave entrance a sandy floored passage runs into the mountain where upon it splits into two with both branches gradually diminishing in size until they become completely blocked with fine sand. The cave passage itself is a beautifully formed phreatic tube in an almost pure white limestone. SITUATION: At a walking distance of 150 m to the east of –>Karki Ghara is an obvious notch at the edge of the mountain. Descending into this the head of some large slabs are reached. These can be descended (with care) to reach a large ledge just below the top of Siyazgi mountain. The obvious cave entrance to Khazana Ghara is situated on this ledge.
