Several small caves and the remains of many more man-made rock chambers once used for religious purposes; e.g. –>Pandava Cave, Dhauli, are situated on the hill Aswastama (KITTOE 1838a) or Aswastuma (KITTOE 1838b) near the village of Dhowlee (compare: Caves of –>Dhauli) above the banks of the Dyah (Daya River).
