Description

Martin Ellis - 01/07/2019

The shaft has two entrances which open into a P27 pitch. The cave is a shaft of irregular shape, extending downwards. At a depth of 8 m in the southern wall there is a narrow window, beyond which there is a tapering descending shaft. The bottom of the shaft is sloping, covered with rubble and clay. At its eastern end is a hole approximately 15 cm wide, which provides a continuation of the shaft. The walls of the shaft are covered with cave popcorn and curtains. Spiders and bats were observed in the cave.
