From the H1 take the H3017 for 1.75km into Ban Tha Sala.Turn south and follow the road for 700m along the western side of the low hills, and the temple in on left. This is possibly a duplication of Tham Phra That (LB0058).
Description
A bat collection site said to be close to Tham Khuha Sawan.
