About 0.5 cumec (August) resurges from a 2 x 1 m hole about 3m deep. A gravel floor can be seen. Concrete dams have been constructed around the spring to form a reservoir, but the water supply may be redundant. A monk at the wat reported that there was a small cave 6-7km away.
