Location
Tham Nguang Chang is beside the H107 on the northern outskirts of Ban Tham Klaeb, just beyond Tham Kleab. A short track, which is signposted, from the main road leads right up to the cave entrance inside a small temple complex. The cave is in the same hill as Tham Kleab.
Description
A 5 m high sheltered entrance leads to a progressively narrowing joint rift 30 m long. The entrance was the site of an excavation by the Thai-British Archaeological Expedition 1965-66, which found two buried skeletons, burial urns and metal implements. About 20 m to the south, in the same cliff, there is another very short cave (length 5 m), behind a shrine.
