Description

Martin Ellis - 14/09/2019

The cave is accessible in an easterly direction and descends steeply over large breakdown. Initial soil covering gives way to dry, sandy mud indicating that the cave occasionally floods to a considerable depth. Towards the bottom of the the cave wet sticky mud covers the walls and floor showing that this area is commonly under water. A small inlet heads northwards. Exploration was halted at an awkward 3m up, but the passage can be seen to continue beyond.
