DAIN THLEN 2 (Krem)
25.293100,91.683300
Description
Another wave cut cave at the foot of the Dain Thlen waterfall lies some 50 m of the first cave, opposite south-east across the stilling basin. IDENTITY: It is not impossibly that this cave is identical not only with the Krem –>Thlen (Pomdaloi) shown on a photograph in RAFY, K U (1920 edited 1985: 60) but also with the elongated cave near the Dainthlen's falls noted by BAREH, H (1967 / 1985, 1997: 324). CAVE DESCRIPTION: A less than 1 m high but about 10 m wide cave entrance, obliterated by a confusion of angular sandstone boulders, gives access to a sand floored and daylight lit undercut that penetrates up to 7 m from the cliff face before petering out in closed rounded niches.
