A vague bit of hearsay information relating to unspecified several tunnels several kilometres long (irrigation channels?) recorded Jane M. Wilson (in: DURRANT et al. 1979). ETYMOLOGY: -Dunda- (with the -u- pronounced like the English -sun-) is not necessarily a place or specific locality as -danda- (with the -a- pronounced like the English -car-) is the Nepali (Gorkhali) word for -hill-.
