Herbert Daniel Gebauer - 06/01/2018

A relatively small and very dry cave in conglomerate (note 1) lies near Shatoray (note 2) on the right-hand side (generally north-east) and adjacent to the road from Surobi (N34°35'23”: E69°45'45”) to Golbahar (N35°09': E69°17'), and at a distance of about 6 km along the road south of Tagab (N34°53': E69°39'). CAVE DESCRIPTION: A low crawl, four of five metres long, descends to the lowest point, where, on the right-hand side, an impenetrable rift passage appears to lead to a tube. On the left a small chamber is reached (2 by 2 m wide, 1 m high). On top of the hill is a second cave entrance (ruckle pot) ascribed to rain and collapse. CAVE LIFE: Lepidoptera.A relatively small and very dry cave in conglomerate (note 1) lies near Shatoray (note 2) on the right-hand side (generally north-east) and adjacent to the road from Surobi (N34°35'23”: E69°45'45”) to Golbahar (N35°09': E69°17'), and at a distance of about 6 km along the road south of Tagab (N34°53': E69°39').
