From Loei go to Wang Saphung then on to Phu Luang and on to the crossroads in Ban Nong Kan. Pass through Ban Huai Hom then onto the forest park which is about 13km from Ban Huai Hom. It is a steep uphill walk of about 1 hour to reach the cave. There are some tufa waterfalls just below the entrance.
Description
Tham Nam Lot is the source of the water to the Huai Lao Waterfall. It consists of a 10m chamber at the back of which there is a sump with crabs and fish.The name implies it is a through cave with a stream.
