Location

The shear limestone cliffs of Ko Ka Rot rise on the Laem Taeng peninsular. The cave is behind Ao Laem Taeng beach and can only be reached by boat. Martin Ellis - 14/10/2019

The cave is known for its red ochre cave paintings which adorn an overhanging cliff directly overlooking the sea at the south-eastern tip of the mountain. Because of the evil reputation of the mountain some of the drawings appear to have been deliberately rubbed out.
