Description

Herbert Daniel Gebauer - 06/01/2018

What appears to be something along the lines of an enterable collapse doline or pothole cave without specific dimensions reported Zawada (2004.04.21 personal correspondence) from somewhere on Lum Iawpaw, the hill above Nongnah (schoolhouse 25°15'56.8”N: 91°19'32.9”E: 1017.9 m, unidentified precision error, Scott Linn, undated December 2002, GPS Garmin Etrex): Water sink, N25 15 37.2: E091 19 27.7: 1118.9 m asl, has a number of meters of phreatic type passage going off the sink. Paul Fowler and Scott Linn, who found it in December 2002, did not push it very hard.
