Location
West of the town of -Cheikhabad- (note 2) at a certain village called Cherdat Khel (note 3) near Dag Baghri (note 4), at a and in a hill built up of stratified schists. The cave entrance lies not far from the Ghar –>Sher (Shekhabad: Bergi), at the side of the road and close to a bridge.
Description
General description
It seems as if the Ghar Deo at Begri (note 1) is a man-made passage driven beneath the stream to connect to its opposite bank. In reality, however, four passages lead to a descending crawl that continues in a wide and high gallery, which, after two or three metres, turns to the left and continues, almost impenetrable due to an infilling of soil (literally: terre), as a conduit of limited size (literally: boyau), 1.5 m wide and about 40 cm high.
