An unspecified cave entrance (unidentified shape, unidentified dimensions, unidentified orientation, unidentified characteristics) is said to give access to the first of three more caves collectively recorded as Synrang Rapali 1, 2 and 3 (anonymous Arbenz, T et al. 2013.08.07 Mss: Diary 2012.doc). ETYMOLOGY: The origin and meaning of the apparently Synteng Khasi (Pnar) cave names Synrang Rapali anonymous Arbenz, T et al. (2013.08.07 Mss: Diary 2012.doc: Monday, 20th February) Krem Synrang Rapati Arbenz, T (2013.03.16 dated ”2012.04.30” cave distribution map Pala relief13 2.pdf grid square 11.517) has not yet been discovered (note 1). SITUATION: In the region between west of the village of Moo Knor (25°23'27”N: 92°36'16”E) and the orographically left bank of the Kopili River in a setting on one or the other so-called the bank of the stream Umpriang and at an estimated distance of about 400 m (or so) in an unidentified direction upstream from the entrance to the cave recorded as Snrang U –>Long 4 on the bank of the stream Umpriang (anonymous Arbenz, T et al. 2013.08.07 Mss: Diary 2012.doc). SETTING: In an unidentified spatial relation to the cave entrances of Synrang –>Rapali 2 and Synrang –>Rapali 3 on one or the other so-called the bank of the stream Umpriang (anonymous Arbenz, T et al. 2013.08.07 Mss: Diary 2012.doc).APPROACH: Get hold of a truck (a large, heavy motor vehicle, used for transporting goods, materials, or troops) and get yourself transported from the village of Moo Knor (25°23'27”N: 92°36'16”E) down the track to stop just past the farm of Lius Dkhar on the left (east) side. EXPLORATION HISTORY: 2012.02.20: An unidentified person, who was familiar with the area (perhaps, but this is mere guesswork, U Lius Dkhar from Moo Knor), guided Brian D Kharpran Daly on 20th February 2012 (Monday) to entrances of caves recorded collectively not only as Synrang Rapali 1, 2 and 3 (anonymous Arbenz, T et al. 2013.08.07 Diary 2012.doc) but also as Krem Synrang Rapati Daly 2012 763m (Arbenz, T 2013.03.16 dated ”2012.04.30” cave distribution map Pala relief13 2.pdf grid square 11.517).
