Location
South-east of the H3229 4km east of Ban Kao station. The cave is beyond a monks retreat and statues. Park at the monks retreat and continues up the path which is in line with the road.
Description
The entrance is a 4m diameter shaft with a 16m steel ladder. The entrance drops in to a large passage and the cave is basically a series of 7 or 8 roomy chambers connected by narrower and lower passages with the possibility of extensions beyond that shown on the survey in DUNKLEY, JOHN ROBERT (1995). Decoration is profuse and in quite good condition.
