Description
A relatively large cave of unidentified dimensions and unidentified nature (a true cave or a man-made rock chamber) places C. Kunhi Kannam (in LOGAN 1887-1891, 2 -Kurumbranad taluk-: cccxxii) at an unspecified location somewhere in Kurumbranad taluk (note 3), which nowadays lies in in Kozhikode (Calicut) district: In Mutadi amsam [note 1], Muchukunnu desam [note 2], in the valley of Valiyamala hill [note 4], there are two caves. One is large, being 66 feet [20.1 m] long and 36 feet [11 m] wide.
