RUCHA FINAL CAVE
25.394300,92.567800
Description
An unspecified first cave entrance (unidentified shape, unidentified dimensions, unidentified orientation, unidentified characteristics) is said to give access to an estimated 20 m descent down into an boulder pile (Eavis R, Tringham N and Albuica A in: anonymous Arbenz, T 2013.08.07 Mss: Meghalaya Expedition 2013 Diary: 7th February). ETYMOLOGY: Robert -Rob- Eavis, Nicholas -Nick- Tringham and Adrian Albuica learned from an unidentified a local (no name mentioned) no name for this cave in the so-called Rucha area where the three of them were shown the next and final cave for the day (anonymous Arbenz, T 2013.08.07 Mss: Meghalaya Expedition 2013 Diary: 7th February). SITUATION: In an unspecified setting and at an unspecified location with unidentified spatial relations to the other cave entrances in the so-called Rucha area on the hillside southwest of the village of Larket (WGS84 ±400 m N25°23'46”: E092°34'15”: circa (±20 m) 1000 m asl, Arbenz, T 2013.03.16 dated ”2012.04.30” cav distribution map Pala relief13 2.pdf) and above the orographically right (locally north-east) bank (circa 850 m asl) of the Litang River. POSITION: Struggling to arrive at an uttermost easiest record of a GPS received position for the entrance to this next and final cave for the day resulted in a set of numbers which were didactically simplified to a degree resulting in the entirely valueless assemblage N25 23 39.5, E92 34 04.1 (anonymous Arbenz, T 2013.08.07 Mss: Meghalaya Expedition 2013 Diary: 7th February).

EXPLORATION HISTORY: 2013.02.07: Robert 'Rob' Eavis, Nicholas 'Nick' Tringham and Adrian Albuica had reached the so-called Rucha area where the ubiquitous so-called a local pushed to show them some [i.e. two] local caves among which a certain next and final cave for the day (N25 23 39.5, E92 34 04.1) into which Rob descended 20 m to a boulder pile that triggered Robert Eavis to become aware how much his physical structure, including the bones, flesh, and organs, had no prospect of a way on (anonymous Arbenz, T 2013.08.07 Mss: Meghalaya Expedition 2013 Diary 7th February).
