Description
One of the four most important caves (rock shelters or rock temples?) sacred to Krishna (note 1) is situated at an unspecified location somewhere at »Gaya in Behar« (TOD 1829-1832 edited 1914, 1997, 1: 433 + note; 1830: 311 + note; after a Mukhia in Mathura / Muttra). ANDRIAN (1891: 47) refers to »Todd« (sic!).
