A so-called grotte-porte [note 1] or, in this case, a dirt-filled soil pit (note 2), which DUCLUZAUX (note 3) wants to have served nobody less than the earliest inhabitants of the valley, is situated somewhere (note 4) in the vicinity of Abgarch (see: Grotte du –>Abgarch), a village on the 33 miles / 53 km long route from Mor Khum (8 km, AMS sheet NJ43-14) in the Hunza River valley to Mulungutti (45 km, on AMS sheet NJ43-15).
