Another (or, perhaps, the same) roofless gorge, which gives not only the impression as if the stream has gone underground at places but also is reputed to yield fish representing a rare species of rainbow trout [note 1] (nagarealm.com accessed 2007.12.12). IDENTITY: Perhaps the same as –>Yekura Underground River. SITUATION: Dzülekie (note 2) was said to lie at an unspecified distance of 40 km (rather along a route than in a direct line) west of Kohima (note 3) and at the madly accurate elevation of 2133.6 m above sea level [note 4] (nagarealm.com accessed 2007.12.12). DESCRIPTION: An interesting feature of the place is that the stream flows through a deep and narrow gorge making it as if the stream has gone underground at places.
