Description
»The cave entrance chamber of the cave is 9 m long, 2.5 m high and 2.9 m broad with a very artistic and ancient idol of god Narasimha (half man, half lion). At right angles a narrow passage branches off the entrance chamber, becomes narrower and narrower till it becomes unpassable after 21 m« (REDDY & GEBAUER 1988: 107). SITUATION: About 25 km along roads approximately east of Nandyal (N15°29': E78°29') and somewhere in the Nallamalla range.
