Description
General description
Surveyed on 22 August 1998 by Artur Fernandes, Jolanda Galletti, Rosario Ruggieri and Giancarlo Zaccaria (BCRA-Grade 2b). Length. 20 m This small cave is situated about 200 - 300 m north of Larger Umbira Cave. A 3 metres descent (steel rope ladder) of 2 metres by 1,5 metre width gives access to a 6 metres wide and 12 metres long vaulted room terminating in a rocky crawl which passes by a possible second collapse entrance near a dry valley (blocked by boulder, daylight visible). The cave passage finally ends in a low crawl filled with earth.
