Description
A stream of water issues from a karst rising (spring) without an obvious way into a penetrable cave passage. SITUATION: Above a tufa deposit exposed on the surface, which covered in February 1997 an area of an estimated 100 m by 40 m, near (unidentified precision error) 25°11'06”N: 92°22'50”N: 310 m asl (WGS84, Jarratt 1997, personal communication) and thus a) east of the National Highway NH44 b) about a kilometre direct line north-west from the huge concrete church (±30 m 25°10'41”N: 92°22'28”E) in the village of Lumshnong (25°10'45”N: 92°22'25”E).
