Description
A troglodyte hermitage, where the thawa of Syang used to stay in retreat, has VINDING (1982: 100) … not seen it used during my stays in Syang. SITUATION: Syang U lies a little north of the ruin of the abolished village temple on the northern fringe of the village of Syang in the Kali Gandaki Valley (VINDING 1982: 100).
