Mutanda zone, Buzi district, Sofala province. GPS (WGS84) S 19°51 52.8" / E 34°08'32.9". ca. 65 m asl. Surveyed on 23 Aug. 1999 by Artur Fernandes (BCRA-Grade 2a). Length: 9.00 m. Vertical range: -9,00 m. ml The small vertical entrance of Pwanda No. 2 is situated near Pwanda No. 1.
Description
It is possible to descend 7 m by using a thick bundle of tree roots arriving in a small chamber with strongly corroded walls. Another short step of 2 m depth ends without further continuation. No conglomerate infillings are present in the cave.
