What must be an interesting cave entrance, as it measures in one way or another 3 by 1 by 1 m (sic!), was found to give access to a climb down to boulders and an estimated 18 m deep rift pot (aligned 110° - 290°) that becomes impenetrable at estimated 50 m from the entrance (953 m asl ±50 m) but estimated 35 m (circa 918 m asl) lower down. SITUATION: According to Pelletier (2008.02.09 Mss -Road Side MooMoo Kren- undated 9/2/2008), ±10 m south of the main road going to Litein Tea Shop. According to the recorded GPS position, this item lies on the south-facing flanks of the Wah Arlein basin (note 1) and at linear distances of 189 m due south (-189 m north, 5.6 m east) from Krem –>Dohthli 1, 175 m approx. ESE (-77.3 m north, 156.9 m north) from Krem –>Dohthli 2, 165 m approx. ESE (-86.6 m north, 140.1 m north) from Krem –>Dohthli 3, 600 m approx. SSE (-588 m north, 120 m east) from the village of Mulesngi (N25°22'02-: E92°32'22-). CAVE DESCRIPTION 1: Pelletier (2008.02.09 Mss:Road Side …), literally quoted, recorded a 3x1x1 entrance. Followed by a downclimb to a boulder choke at the top of an ±18 m pitch. End on a too narrow diaclase 110° - 290° (note 2) along with an estimated length of ±50 m at an estimated depth of ±35 m. TACKLE: Pelletier (2008.02.09 Mss: Road Side …) lists 20 m rope - 3 angners and probably meant hangers. PROSPECTS: Sometimes completed (Pelletier 2008.02.09 Mss: Road Side …) but at other times minimal (Brooks, S J amendment to Pelletier 2008.02.09 Mss: Road Side …).
