Climbing down boulders into the entrance chamber reveals two passages heading off. Straight ahead leads through low crawls and small chambers to a larger, well decorated room. Soon after this the cave closes down. To the right of the entrance chamber a passage leads over breakdown to a soil floored room with many tree roots. A climb up boulders here reveals a series of rooms, one with a skylight. The cave entrance was previously inhabited by monks and pottery found here probably dates from that time (i.e. modern).
