»There is a cave shrine dedicated to Narayana in the mountain-side opposite to Suran-kot [note 1], on the road [probably from Jammu town N32°44': E074°52'] to Poonch [Ponch, also: Poonj, Punch, Punj N33°46': E074°06']. Known as Narayana Khori, the shrine is not much visited [note 2] due to lack of easy communication« (GANHAR s.a., circa 1973: 63).
