A relatively small cave is situated on the hill-side rising behind Kingargalai (note 1), a small place at the foot of a certain Tange pass (note 2) once contained a coin of Ooemo Kadphises (circa 1st century B.C.), kindly shown to me by the Chaplain attached to the Highland Light Infantry Regiment, …picked up up during the occupation of Kingargalai … (STEIN, M A 1899a / 1977: 18).

EXPLORATION HISTORY: 1899.01.09: Marc Aurel STEIN (1899a: 18) was shown a coin picked up from the cave at Kingargalai.
