Description
An unspecified rock shelter (or true cave?) in the area of –>Pachmarhi (22°28'N: 78°26'E) is said to be situated about 50 m west of the track (the old Pipariya track east of the new road to Matkuli?) that cuts the Barian Ridge, which, indicated as Bariam Pahar (pahar = hill), culminates a little above 1080 m in a rocky knob near 22°29'38”N: 78°27'22”E (Everest 1830, Survey of India sheet 55-J/07 edition 1976).
