An unspecified cave entrance (unidentified shape, unidentified dimensions, unidentified orientation, unidentified characteristics) was said to give access to the forth of the first four Pixie Caves at km 39 (anonymous Brooks, S J et al. 2014.04.05 Mss) renamed and relocated as Krem 39.5 km (Anonymous 2014.04.05 Expedition Survey Log 2014 (8-3-2014).xls). SITUATION: The cave entrance to km 39 Cave 4th was understood to lie in an unidentified spatial relation to all the cave entrances in the same vicinity.
