An active swallet at the end of a blind valley 400m south of Cave KA370.
Description
A short entrance passage leads into a chamber that has two daylight holes. The chamber, 30m long, 7m wide and up to 10m high is the most spacious part of the cave. It appears the cave takes large volumes of water in the wet season, but in April 1996 there were just a couple pf pools near the entrance and a trickle of water in the stream bed. At the inner end of the chamber a 4m drop leads to a low stream passage along which a small side stream enters from the north. The stream flows into a series of shallow gours extending along the passage for some 50m. Beyond the gours there ia an impressive flowstone cascade that ends in a vertical drop estimated at 8m. This waterfall pitch was not descended because of high levels of CO2. The bad air was first noticed at the base of the 4m pitch and became steadily worse as the passage descended.
