Location
One of the caves on Ko Garos is off the west coast of the Laem Taeng peninsular. Reached by long-tail boat from Kaon O pier in Ao Luek.
Description
A scramble up scree leads to an unsafe wooden ladder up to the entrance. This can be bypassed by traversing along a narrow ledge. The caves is a large passage 4 m high by 2 - 3 m wide. This reaches a 20 - 30 m deep drop in the floor with a wooden A frame above it. Guides say the cave continues for another 500 m, but tackle is required for the pitch.
