Location
Wat Khao Khan Hok is located at 47P 569353 1529943. From there a road runs past a large limestone quarry to the steps leading to the cave. At the base of the steps there was a run down Buddhist establishment occupied by an old monk, three dogs and 300 monkeys.
Description
Tham Khao Khan Hok is at the top of the steps. It is a 40m walking through trip with a strong smell of bats and two statues in a rather poor condition. The larger entrance is about 4m wide and 3m high. The cave can be seen to continue through a hole about 3m above the floor. A rotten wooden pole was in place, showing that others carry on to more cave. As most of the hill has been quarried away the prospects are not good.
