Description

Herbert Daniel Gebauer - 06/01/2018

A relatively small or large, vertical entrance (unidentified shape, unidentified dimensions, unidentified characteristics) was, at a first glance, after 10 minutes, maybe 10 m across and approx. 20 m deep, very worthy of descending (Eavis R, Tringham N and Albuica A in: anonymous Arbenz, T 2013.08.07 Mss: Meghalaya Expedition 2013 Diary: 7th February). SITUATION: At an inadequately specified location after 10 minutes in an unidentified direction from the cave entrance to Krem Rucha 4 (approximately 300 m or 400 m south-west but vertically some) further down the valley (anonymous Arbenz, T 2013.08.07 Mss: Meghalaya Expedition 2013 Diary: 7th February). CAVE DESCRIPTION: Very large, vertical entrance after 10 minutes, maybe 10 m across and approx. 20 m deep, very worthy of descending (Eavis R, Tringham N and Albuica A in: anonymous Arbenz, T 2013.08.07 Mss: Meghalaya Expedition 2013 Diary: 7th February). POSITION: Struggling to arrive at an uttermost easiest record of a GPS received postion for the entrance to this large, vertical entrance resulted in a set of numbers which were didactically simplified to a degree resulting in the almost meaningless and entirely valueless assemblage N25 23 51.9, E92 33 56.3 (anonymous Arbenz, T 2013.08.07 Mss: Meghalaya Expedition 2013 Diary: 7th February).
