Description
An east-facing, trapezoid entrance (note 1) leads to a man-made rock chamber with polished, inclined walls, and containing (STRASSER, R 1991: 194) four lines of an inscription in Brahmi letters on the right side of the cave entrance. LAW, B C (1937, 1976: 195) notes inscriptions mentioning Dasharatha. SITUATION: Immediately west of –>Vahiyaka "cave" in the Nagarjuni range.
